Hey internet world, it’s the newest sweet cooking blogger
here and I am ready and prepared to show you guys how to work through the
trials and tribulations of my yummy and slightly chaotic kitchen. My name is
Kate and I am one of the biggest lovers of sweet cookery and my goal during
this blog is to share my victories and utter failures when I attempt to
experiment with desserts from all around the world.
A few things you guys might want to know about me
is that I am 13 years old, I live in Queensland, I am extremely clumsy (that’s
why the kitchen may become very chaotic and dangerous) and I absolutely love
sweet cookery. I have also never done a blog before (this is for my hospitality
assignment) so things might get a little bit hectic and messy.
Like most normal people I have likes and dislikes
about food. When I cook I love to decorate the food brightly and with as much
colour as humanly possible because I absolutely detest yucky looking food. I
also love icing and icing sugar, they are the divine beings of all sweet
cooking. I also like to cook as freely and as messy as I like because a messy
cook, I believe, is a cook that is having a lot of fun. Ok so back to my likes
and dislikes. The things I really hate in cooking are sultanas or raisins in
bread and cakes (shudder), Vegemite in anything (most disgusting thing I have
ever tasted) and most of all me getting burnt or cutting myself on anything.
